@adorkableme525 That is the one and only Jane Elliot. She was a elementary school teacher who created the blue and brown eyed social experiment on racism in her 3rd grade class (x). She would use the color of our eyes to show how racism effects people and changes social behavior in others. She’s been doing it for along time and many companies hire her to improve relations. A true ally. This woman and her family suffered backlash by white people for her practices but she kept pushing to teach people about racism. She’s a champion.
